Cancellation Policy
We almost never cancel a class. If we cancel a class for any reason, we will notify each student by e-mail or phone of the cancellation and rescheduling arrangements. If a class is not rescheduled, we will refund all student registration fees within 14 days.
At the sole discretion of MNCA, we may cancel or postpone classes and remove any student from any class at any time.
If you would like to cancel your enrollment in a class that you are registered for, please email Brenda Colston, Operations Manager at Brendjcolston@gmail.com
Registration fees for all classes and pre-license classes are non-transferrable. Fees can be used for a future course.
Refund Policy
All cancellations must be requested within 30 days of when you register.
If you cancel within 30 days of registering prior to starting the online course, a full refund will be issued. In the next 30 days. Please email Brendajcolston@gmail.com for refund requests. For live or livestreaming Classes that require a fee, a cancellation request must be made 72 hours prior to the class starting in order to issue a full refund. If you do not attend the class, or if you have already started the online class no refund or credit will be given and the fee is non-transferable to other course offerings.
